I"m not particularly happy with Titan Attachments. When i first called Customer Service the young lady knew very little about your product or could give me guidance in selecting the necessary hoses for my grapple attachment. After ordering the incorrect hose i called back and requested to talk with her supervisor at which time i spoke with Joen who was more helpful and knowledgeable. He made an effort to help and suggested hoses for a different attachment with a .025 thread that might work but would have the sales team call me back to confirm. I never received a callback from the sales team or parts dept so i ultimately ordered the hoses with a .025 end. i then received another email saying that the hoses would not work but given that i have goverment forestry contracts i must fulfill i attached them anyway, they leak a bit but still work so i could keep my guys working. I paid over $300 for the wrong hoses and over $500 for the ones with the .025 threads, not sure why the different threads cost me $200. I was informed i would be sent a return order form which i have not received to date. i'm disappointed in Titan that you are so eager to sell me attachments but servicing them seem to take a back seat.
