When I received the mower, the brackets for the slide mechanism were mounted backwards. At first use of mower a grease fitting on the roller got broke. Previous reviews mention the location of this fitting as a weakness. I called technical support with a question about assembly but they didn't seem to know anything about the equipment.
Despite initial faults and weak product support, I was able to assemble and use the mower. I adjusted the height of cut successfully. I am satisfied with the cut of the mower.
