The product seemed okay but it didn’t fit on my piece of equipment. They want me to pay shipping back which I would accept but then they want a 20% restocking charge. What a stupid thing to do. I was going to buy a couple thousand dollar grapple for my skid steer so they saved $10 or $12 dollars and lost a couple thousand.
So beware if something won’t work for you. I’ll certainly never buy anything from them a, I’m just glad it was a small item.
