Well, I haven't used it, yet. I was impressed by how fast I got the forks, right away. That had a tracking number that worked, but when it came to the backorder of the frame, I didn't get a notification or tracking number to let me know when it was coming. The truck driver had my phone #, but didn't let me know when or where I wanted it dropped off. I was not impressed with the last part of the order. I wish I could of had a tracking number so I would of had an idea when it was going to be delivered. Otherwise the product looks good , just disappointed in the delivery. Still wondering why I didn't get a second tracking number, because it was two separate shipments.
