So far the equipment has operated as expected. I had one problem where one side bottom conneciton came off when I had just lowered a pallet to the ground and I was pulling it out from under the pallet. It took me a little bit to put it in a safe condtion. Not sure how it became dislodged, but after using it mutiple times it has not reoccured.
