I've ordered three products from Titan Fitness, all have been outstanding: the products arrived quickly, were very well packaged, and work great. Their equipment is rugged and the prices very fair.
One piece didn't work properly: I contacted them by email and they responded right away. Dominic Malonzo was very helpful and sent out a replacement right away, he also sent a pre-paid label so I could return the item.
I'm extremely satisfied with Titan Fitness and will order more equipment from them.
