Ordered a bench months ago and am still missing parts. The box arrived looking like it was catapulted into a canyon. Bench itself was scratched and missing parts. I've received abysmal support. Was told that I should have purchased insurance if I wanted everything I ordered — WHAT? I requested replacements for the 3 missing parts and and full week later they sent me 2 washers. I'm not even kidding. What kind of way of doing business is this? Seriously? To what gain is it to treat your customers like this? No, I'm asking. As it stands: I will never purchase anything from this company again; I will never recommend this company to anyone; I will actively go out of my way for the rest of my life to tell everyone I know in the fitness community about my experience and to avoid this company like the plague. What a waste — all around.
