Fed Ex lost the package but Titan found it and re delivered it fairly quickly. Fed Ex sucks but Titan is great. The 1500lb 10ft ramp is heavy duty, great quality, and good traction loading my DR 650 onto the flatbed truck. I'm sure it can handle much larger bikes.
