The mobility scooter ramp I ordered from you is a quality product and I'm very happy with it. However, the first one you shipped me only had the ramp and not the other metal pieces, fasteners, etc. required for assembly. Rather than send me the missing hardware, you sent another whole kit. I was told to return the first ramp in the new (second) ramp box. That box arrived all ripped up (an email from the carrier informed me it might be late because the box and shipping information had been pretty well torn up). I am now returning that first ramp in a badly battered box and hope it gets back to you OK. What a hassle this has made for me!
