We got a 10' portable ramp. It is good quality and will support the weight of us pushing my mother up the ramp in a wheelchair (together about 350 pounds). The ramp flexes a bit in the middle/could be a little sturdier, but then the ramp would be too hard/heavy to carry. We think they struck a reasonable balance between weight of the ramp/portability and structural integrity. I would definitely buy it again. The only improvement I would make is that there's no transition piece at the top of the ramp. (There is one at the bottom.) Also, the little lobster claw clips (at the chains) that hold it together are super flimsy. That's not a deal-breaker for us. We had a warranty issue with our ramp. I called the customer service number and they were easy to deal with and quick to fix the issue. I was also VERY pleased that the customer service person on the phone was empowered to solve our problem. No waiting around for someone else to make a decision and get back to me. How wonderful and refreshing!
