AFTER 4 DAYS OF SPEAKING TO 3 PEOPLE AT TITAN, SENDING 3 CLEAR PHOTOS OF YOUR DEFECTIVE UNIT TO YOUR PEOPLE, NOT ABLE TO USE THIS DEFECTIVE UNIT FOR SAFETY REASONS, AND WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK, I FINALLY GET THE EMAIL BELOW. NOW I WILL NEED TO WAIT UP TO 90 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
