I purchased these ramps on a president day sale i have used them once and the straps that come with them are very cheap and i would recommend replacing asap, other than that the ramps work as they should. As for titans customer service to say they are some of the worse customer service I have dealt with, 9 days after I bought the ramps I got an email saying they were being sold cheaper than the presidents day sale when I tried to get a price adjustment i was denied due to a 24 hour price match policy and when I asked to talk to a manager I was denied with 0 response.
