The ramp is fine. I am satisfied with it. I am not satisfied with the shipper. The ramp reached Sacramento, 75 miles from my city, on Friday. It was in my city, San Jose, Ca on Saturday. It was not delivered to my home until Wednesday afternoon. The delivery man was very polite and helpful. I appreciate his work. I do not appreciate SAIA taking so long to get the ramp to my home.
