Buying the part online was easy and had no issues. But chatting to the staff inside when I went over to pick up my items were just rude. Like they didn't want to greet me when I walk through the doors. I said "I'm here to pick up the parts I ordered" they just said " go next door to the shed"
Customer service is a huge thing to me and if that fails then I just don't go shopping there again.
