Angelo Vicencio was AWESOME! He replied quickly and gave me information on my order. Turns out FedEx never updated my order, so Angelo marked it as "lost in transit". Angelo apologized and has issued a replacement order immediately. I'm still waiting for my deliveryn but in the meantime, I'm very satisfied with the speed and quality of the customer service Angelo has provided. The world needs more Angelo's!
