Jennifer provided exceptional customer service! I explained I hadn’t received a confirmation email, yet I received an email from PayPal indicating the payment was approved. I also mentioned I hadn’t received my 5% discount for a first order and provided my email. Within record time she confirmed my order went through and was waiting for pick up, she said she would manually apply the credit and she sent me confirmation of everything! I received notification from PayPal about the credit. Excellent follow through and she was so kind as she spoke to me!!
