Ordered an item on line for a birthday present. The item didn't turn up on the date it was supposed to so therefore i had to go out and purchase a new birthday present. I received an email about a week after the due delivery date stating that the order had been lost at the couriers and there was no more available. I then sent an email complaining about this to which i have not received any correspondence what so ever from them and it is now a week on from me sending so i am very disappointed. It would not have been too difficult for them to apologise for their error not mine.
