We made the order on line 17/12 for delivery to Sheffield depot, however the email I gave went to my work email and wouldn't receive it until Tuesday, I called TJ Hughes 19/12 explaining the situation, and what Identification I'd need. I was told to just bring a driving license, passport etc. I drove from Chesterfield to Sheffield paid parking to discover my parcel hadn't arrived and that I needed the web number. I wasn't told this on the phone or I would have got the email from my place of work. When I did get the email it informed me my purchase was coming from Liverpool and that I would receive another email once my order was ready in store. I called everyday which cost me extra on my network mobile charges (£20.00 in total) to finally get a call back from depot in Sheffield to say it arrived on 23rd Dec which only gave me xmas eve to fetch it as Friday night opening late wasn't a definite. I was told on the phone that the night before wasn't necessary so they may not stay open late. I was very relieved to have got my purchase before xmas day as it was my little boys main present. I was happy with my purchase, price paid but communication could have been better. I believe you have only recently started doing to click and collect in Sheffield so teething problems were likely. Could have been a better experience but my little boy was happy.
