Boyfriend ordered my engagement ring over 3 weeks ago. Has contacted them 3 times. Given 3 different delivery dates. Tracking numbers don't work. Unable to sign in to account. Customer service is appalling. They refuse to let us speak to a supervisor. Questions are never answered. They just use standard replies. Promises of emails and phone calls never happen.
