I bid for 2 serenity electric blankets I was sent the wrong colours I emailed tjc the response I received was we will send out a free returns label then the email said once they have received the returned items that I would have to phone them up to get my money refunded back to me I would have thought that the refund should happen automatically should it not that's the last time I'm ordering bedding from tjc . I also ordered pink sheet set a while ago that I didn't receive it turns out that the delivery company that tjc use just left my parcel outside my building where anyone could just steal it and they did as it happens I was at home when the said parcel was delivered and not one pressed my buzzer tjc replaced the order but that is not the point here the delivery service they choose is incompetent.
