This is my second review on this company I bid for 2 brown serenity electric blankets but I was sent 2 entirely different colours altogether . This company said that they would send out a prepaid label which I'm still waiting for the parcel was delivered on Monday the 14 / 12 /2020 it's now the 18/12/2020 and still no prepaid label it doesn't take 4 days to post and for me to receive a prepaid label I'm absolutely furious these blankets were supposed to be for my gran and grandad it look like I was right I'm going to have to send this package back at huge expense to myself or put these blankets into charity and it would seem like I'm going to have to purchase something else for my gran and grandad's Christmas .
