Purchased a boat ring on the 10th December,when it hadn't arrived in the 18th contracted them again, and was told that the ring was on the way as they could track the item, again telephoned on the 23rd December and again was told the same,today Iwas told that the ring had been delivered to another address in my area,the attitude of the customer service was so unconcerning. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again I only hope that in 5 days my money will be returned. J Williams.
