After having read the comments on here, I am so surprised and shocked! I have never, ever had a problem with TJC. I have ordered lots, and sent lots back to them with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I always send back via Royal Mail, 1st Class, signed for and insured. I always track to see if someone has signed for it, and I always get a confirmation email to say that the item has been received. In most cases, my items have been refunded either the same day or the next. I have several really nice pieces of jewellery from them now, and I am very pleased with the quality of them and the price!
I have never had a cross word when dealing with Customer Services. The ladies and gentlemen have always been courteous and helpful.
I honestly cannot understand the venom in some of the comments on here. Perhaps the customers were abusive in the first place! And although it's not an excuse, but if you rub someone up the wrong way to begin with, then sometimes it happens that the Customer Service Assistant get a little abrasive in return! They work long hours sorting out problems for people, so please try a little kindness.
My last thought is that if you have had or having problems, then don't shop with them. There is another jewellery channel available, so go to them.
