Your site says to contact you after paying to resize the ring which I did and never took place. The Ruby ring that I ordered, the middle stone has a cut at the middle which is visible, so I contact customer service right away and I was promised to receive a return envelope which I never received. I called again and the gentleman got my address and promised he is going to send me a return address. I think it was two days ago. I hate the sentence, "I am so sorry" and on the other hand you don't help. I paid you and you delivered a ring that has a fault and it is your responsibility to at lease send me the envelop and exchange it properly. I paid £1.00 more for next day delivery and I got it late and I can understand because of Covid, however change your website. I don't know where the product comes from, just change everything on your site. I really don't care if it will take 15 days, but I want honest so I don't worry. Your people are fine, but I was promised without delivery. Where is the envelope? Now it is 18.05.2021. Life is becoming very difficult if we don't trust your words. We are busy and have thousands things to do. The point is, you want your customers to trust you and to return. I love to do that and I love jewelry, however you have deliver proper product and exchange it if something is wrong.
