I ordered a jewellery item and when it hadn't arrived within a week, I rang customer services. I was told the item had been delayed and I said that it was a birthday present and the person said that it would be given high priority for delivery...it wasn't. It was actually out of stock which I found out 2 weeks after the order was received. Would I ever have been informed?
I appreciate the difficult times were are all going through and the service had previously been excellent.
