I have bought many items from tjc over the years. A few occasions I wanted to cancel the order with tjc it is not possible to cancel your order if you change your mind after you placed an order. Furthermore, there should be a free return service for the item purchased. It is difficult to get in touch with tjc with the customers service by phone unless you want to place an order.
