I phoned when my first order was returned to you with a problem with the address. I have phoned your call centre twice to rectify and add my house number which was missing and was told categorically that this had been done and the delivery address amended. There are still older orders that i have not received and i have not had a refund for the item that was returned. Your customer service agent was adamant that he had rectified the situation but i divert the orders when the post office notify of a delivery to come to my own property. All packaging that i have received has come with no house number on it and on 3 occasions someone had written number 12 on the address but guessing thats the post office!!!! I didn't feel that the customer service was a good experience and didn't come away from either call feeling confident that the issue had been solved. I felt rushed and as if the person wasn't interested. I have been asked for feedback on items i haven't even received!!!!! I have been very ill post operative and am struggling. I decided to shop with you to try to help with Christmas shopping but it has just been very stressful. I will be compiling an e.mail to send you of all orders and accurate delivery status. I originally asked for a telephone call to discuss all of this on your web chat but the answers i was getting on that weren't even relevant to the situation..... i left that very confused and guessing Luke is some sort of robot. I also have several returns and would like to inform you that i will be packaging them individually in one larger package to save of the postage as have been charged some postage at completely unexpected amounts. I have liked some of the items very much but some have let you down unfortunately. Should you wish to discuss this with me i will be at home on 01403 785852 from tomorrow 20/20/21.
