I have had to contact customer services several times recently. Whilst I appreciate that due to Covid 19 there are staff shortages etc I have to say it has been frustrating trying to find the right person to deal with. I have had email replies and even a reply on an early review I posted but I never get to converse directly with the right person. I do not like to complain or keep phoning but when staff make promises and then do not act on them what else can I do. In all TJC have over the last few years supplied me with several lovely things and bargains , for which I am grateful. I do think the customer care could be improved and if you ask for a call from a supervisor or manager then they should at least call you .I have resolved most issues with TJC but it could have been so much easier and a more pleasant experience if I had not had to call a dozen or more times to do it.
