Usually answer queries within 48 hrs, but on one occasion it took 2wks and didn’t actually address the query I raised. Delivery is usually with a few days, but my recent order took 11 days. Also although I ordered a Rhapsody ring it came in an Iliana box. When I queried this I was informed the Rhapsody box, was out of stock and they promised to send one on to me once they were back in stock. It would have been better if they had put a note in the parcel to explain this, especially as I had placed an high value order
