The man was very helpful but I didn't give full marks in the hopes that someone will take notice of this: I'd just bought a ring which had free ring-sizing but was told by 2 staff that the ring had to be posted to me first and I had to then post the ring back to them for the free ring-sizing. I queried this on both occasions as the process seemed ridiculous but was assured it had to be done this way. When I called back to ask for a returns labelnonce the ring had arrived, I was advised by customer services that the ring didn't have to be posted to me first and could have been resized before being posted to me, which made far more sense. He said he'd feed this back to his manager and to the women I spoke to but I'm now unnecessarily out of £8.65 for the registered return postage, which I didn't need to pay after all! Ridiculous!! I would like to be refunded for the postage if I have indeed been given incorrect information by the staff.
