Usually I am happy with the service from TJC as I have bought a few times before as gifts and everyone was pleased with them On this case I could not understand the young girl who was on the other end of the call and she had to request I spell out several parts of my address etc I was actually charged for a warrenty I would never have bought as I have not before. When this came to my notice yesterday the young man who was very pleasant and helpful. explained that as my purchase had been sent for dispach I could not have the warrenty removed I was offered a voucher for the value or I can send it back by return post,which I shall do. Not happy with this situation as I shall now have to find another gift elsewhere as it is too late to order another gift from your list. Thank you S Black
