I asked for an email confirmation of my cancellation of an order and was told that it was automatic as soon as my order was cancelled. The person I spoke to confirmed that she had just cancelled the order. Having received no email in 5 days I called again and was told that the order had been cancelled and the refund had already been made and was asked to email TJC to get the written confirmation. The email confirmation a few days later tells me I will get my refund, which I had been told had already been made, in 3-to 5 working days! I am considerably less than impresses!
