Very helpful man from customer services. Said he will try to find out et my parcel is being returned to sender. He said when they get parcel back they will send it again or a replacement product in 7-10 days. I’m disappointed with that as it was supposed to be just a couple of days originally ? I told him the urgency of me getting this delivery as it is a present for my mothers 90th birthday and I need to receive it by 6th May latest. He said he would do his best. Which is fair enough but I do hope it arrives in time.
