I recently ordered a tourmaline bracelet from Tjc, prior to its delivery I received a phonecall from your customer service team to verify my Details, after this my bracelet was dispatched to the 'wrong' Address. Royal mail tried to deliver it and sent me an Email informing of this. I arranged redelivery for Monday. Bank Holiday. So they Emailed me for a Tuesday delivery, I caught the Royal mail van outside to intercept my parcel, after a long conversation and a call to Royal mail office it transpires that Tjc have incorrectly addressed the parcel. I live at 125 Norburn, Bretton, Peterborough PE3 8NL, UK the item was Addressed to (115) Norburn. I nearly did not receive my order. I am very annoyed by this. Especially as I confirmed my address with your team prior to Despatch.
