What I’m not happy about is that once you place your order, if you change your mind about something, ie which size you want or decide to have a different ring size, for e.g. you can’t do it as the order has already been placed. This happened to me twice recently. I decided to change a ring size from an ‘N’ to an ‘O’. Also I bought an item of clothing and decided to change from Navy blue to black. I couldn’t do it unless I rang your Customer Services the next morning. By then, one of the orders had already gone through. We all change our minds about something & it should be easy to do this whilst you are still talking to the Salesperson?
