19th July 22. I placed an order online after seeing a TJC television presentation and I paid for the extra 2 day business postage. As I had not heard anything from yourselves on the 22nd July 22., I did a live chat only to be told that the item is due in on 31st July 22. You should have put a note on your show to inform your Customers of this delay, or you could have put it online when checking out. Just thought you should know.
