Ordered ring (item no 7310643) on 10th Feb via telephone ordering service requesting it be sized up before sending. Was told this could be done and it would take up to 14 days. I was aware this would incur a further charge but assumed this would be taken from my account automatically along with payment. However after 14 days no sign of ring and no info as to what was going on. After numerous phone calls and emails I kept being told to wait another 7 - 10 days over and over again only to then find out the ring hadn't even started to be resized! Where had it been all this time?! I then received a phone call on the 4th March asking me for payment for the resizing before it could be instigated and that I would then need to wait a further 14 days for this to be done.! Really poor customer service-even though I had explained this was for someone's birthday on the 27th Feb no-one seemed to care and there has never been any sense of urgency for an unhappy customer. I shall wait until the end of this week and if the ring hasn't arrived by then I shall be demanding a much deserved refund-my patience has now run very thin. Very disappointed indeed.
