TJC are very good at taking your money, but not good when it comes to returning it for a refund. I purchased a pendant and gold chain on 25th May... to date I have not received my goods nor a refund although I have complained twice by phone, twice in writing. Their Customer Services dept are rude, untrained and totally unprofessional. Once this situation is resolved I will never shop with them again, although I have been a client for about 5 yrs, but this experience has been exhausting and has put me off for life! Don't deal with these people, the falling auctions may seem like a good deal but I've had to send countless things back for stones falling out after 1 wear. The quality is not the best although you might think the prices are. Buyer beware.... be very aware, and if you do need to deal with them, hope that nothing goes wrong with your delivery, or God forbid, you'll have to fight to get your money back! I presume that the staff they have behind the scenes must be on minimum wage with no training whatsoever, as they have no idea how to deal with customers or provide anything remotely resembling a 'service'. Save yourself the hassle, shop with any other shopping channel, not this one.
