Purchased a diamond bracelet from New York collection nearly £7000 fell apart at beginning of August returned it but refused refund as over 30 days they repaired it sent it back to me put it on the next day and it fell off again the clasp is now faulty luckily I was in the house on both occasion, Have returned again requesting refund as I have no faith in it not breaking again and of course nothing I am still waiting to hear from them, now going to the relevant ombudsman as they are breaking consumer rights as it is not fit for purpose. I have bought many expensive items but I am finished with them, don’t buy from them they are crooks.
