Wow this morning i got the most prompt service i have ever received from any company.. I had a problem with some towels that i bought last week. i had not even spoken to anyone from TJC just put a complaint on here. The lady that phoned was very apologetic . She had already refunded my money, and was genuinely very sorry for the towels. I have used TJC over the years and had never had a problem before . Bought some lovely jewelry so have no more complaints. Thanks TJC .
