I also on the advice of a jeweller requested the lack of sufficient gold holding the diamonds in place and the fact that the metal also had two small ragged pieces of gold be reviewed. Love the ring but customer service never get back and I just seen to be the one in constant contact trying to get my ring back after 6 weeks. Now can’t get someone with authority to authorise my refund as only ever one manager/supervisor on at any one time. Won’t be a repeat customer and would definitely not recommend them.
