Six years ago I bought a few wigs when I was going through cancer treatment. I was happy with everything. This time around, however, is a different story. I have ordered one wig and one hairpiece. Both did not meet the standards that TLC previously had.The wig was much shorter than the pic and the hairpiece-halo was obviously defective. It had some bangs and some hair in the back. Looked ridiculous and there was no way to make it work. Most concerning though is the returns. Wait times for refunds are at least a month if you are able to return at all. The tags have to be on the wig or you will go through upper management to see if they will take it back. What if they fall off on its own? Or they need to come off to try on the wig properly? I tried these on and that was it. No wearing, washing, or use at all. This along with a restocking and postage fee.
It’s hard enough losing hair but a hassle free option would be nice. Tlc is not providing that.
