Used TLC for some years now, but seems they are now far too big for their boots, cannot offer the customer service they used to, let alone get descriptions and photos correct, quality is now very poor on many products. Ask any technical questions on products they have no idea. eg They show on one page light with IP rating IP44 then IP68 on another page. No one at TLC deals with anything, pass you around, saying we will credit you, then next you know you get a solicitors letter with a threat of court action, for something that was TLCs fault. Then you write an long explanation to them and they do not even bother to reply! Best avoid this company, all the products they sell can be found online often cheaper and better quality, rather than cheap inferior items.
