I have used TLK for the last 12 years as a landlord and I have had some issue recently with late payment's however I have spoke to the owner and he has since sorted out the issues. I think its fair to say that he has struggled with dishonest employee's and poor property managers who've taking a salary and haven't done their jobs properly. apparently tenant's haven't been paying their rents due to difficult times have caused the business quite a lot of difficulty. As I landlord I want to say that the owner has his name attached to this business and he wouldn't deliberately do any off the things some of the people are saying on here and they are clearly done out of spite.
