Unprofessional and illegal in most cases. TLK are the worst agency (if you can call them that) I have ever had to deal with. 6 months without hot water being fixed. Unqualified professionals working on the gas system (super dangerous!). Electrical faults that could have killed one of our housemates. Lies and excuses given to us from the beginning to the end of our tenancy. Don't trust TLK
