I was with T-Mobile for over 5 years, The customer service used to be great, but it got very bad, I did not have too much issues except for non working numbers being able to call my phone... They finally got that kind of working, but some still got through.
FAST FOWARD to 2022, I find out T-Mobile is going to FIRE their employees who choose not to get vaccinated against COVID-19. It should not T-Mobiles position to force their already struggling support staff to make a medical decision or loose their livelihood. Therefor today I have left T-Mobile, and I hope others do the same too who agree with me.
