This policy not only diminishes the value for money but also demonstrates a concerning disregard for environmental implications. By preventing customers from taking leftovers, the restaurant contributes to food waste, unnecessarily increasing the carbon footprint—a decision that seems both irresponsible and out of step with contemporary environmental consciousness.
Adding to this disappointment was our experience with the reservation system. Despite the restaurant appearing only half-full, we were unceremoniously denied entry due to alleged overbooking. This claim seemed unfounded, especially when we managed to secure a table instantly online, highlighting a clear discrepancy in their booking process.
