I payed for my item on 24th November and have still not recieved it the courier service adviced that they have recieved the order details but no item. To say this is shady is an understatement and there has been no response from the company regarding it even though I have sent a lot of emails. There is no number to call to speak with anyone and my money has been taken. This strongly seems like a scam will not be using this service again once this is resolved. I am taking this to trading standards and logged a formal complaint which I plan to escalate to the FCA. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
