Purchased a CAT S61 phone from this seller, it arrived with a screen defect and was delivered days later than expected, literally just hours before I had to go away to work overseas When I got back to the UK I raised a claim with them via their ‘RMA case’ system, but they tried to blame me, even though the defect is clearly underneath the factory applied screen protector, and are currently refusing to repair or replace the phone. Just to add insult to injury PayPal have also rejected my claim even though the item supplied is clearly NOT AS DESCRIBED. i.e. I purchased a brand new phone but I received a sub-standard item with a screen defect. I believe that PayPal have so much business from them (Tobydeals) that, that is why they ‘found in favour of the seller’ and my claim was denied! Just to be clear, this item was supplied with a manufacturer defect, but it seems somehow Tobydeals have exempted themselves from legally and morally correct seller behaviour Suggest you look elsewhere, pay a little bit extra and don't get involved with this unscrupulous and seemingly unregulated trader.
