Ordered product never arrived!!! NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT !!!
I have bought Samsung Micro Sd card £50.99 on TobyDeals website. Ordered product never arrived. After nearly 2 months of me insisting on TobyDeals to address my enquiry, they decided that my parcel was lost during transit. According to their policy I am not in title to Refund or Replacement. They offered me £10 as compensation for the lost package. Extremely unreliable and dishonest company so be aware. I will definitely never use them again for obvious reasons
